I’m a high octane guy from the Midwest who loves people and wants to help others love themselves. I deeply value each and every single person’s narrative, and I’m a sucker for a great story! I’m married to the most incredible woman in the universe, and I love her second only to Christ.

OWNING my story

In fifth grade I would do one of two things every day at recess..I would play basketball or give concerts..crazy right, but at the age of 10 I began to understand that I had the ability to gather all my classmates around the big timber town and give concerts or speeches and they would always laugh and be entertained…20 years later I still have that powerful opportunity to share with crowds all over the country.

My story, like yours, is powerful and unique! I grew up in the wealthiest household in America, we didn’t have much money, but my mom and dad are my heroes and I have two older sisters that are my best friends. The love for one another and others was incredible, yeah very wealthy! Coming out of college I started two successful businesses, a speaking business and photography business, but I continued to think there was something greater for me to be part of.

In the spring of 2007 I was offered the Head Men’s Basketball Coaching job at Hesston College. It was during coaching that I began to really become energized about speaking professionally. Over the past 10 years I’ve spoken to audiences of just a couple of people to conventions and arenas of over 10,000 people. During that time I’ve been able to share at assemblies, conferences, retreats, business seminars, and other events that have impacted thousands.

SHARING my story

I believe that I have been perfectly created..not in an arrogant way, but seriously, I believe that I have been created perfect in the image of the Big Guy upstairs..because of that I want to pursue each day with an energy and passion that is unmatched! I want to love people and I want people to love themselves and others and build relationships that are incredibly valuable.

Helping other is something that I love, and speaking is an incredible way to do that, whether it is an opening keynote for a high school/state organization, helping educators understand and create avenues to connect with this generation, providing workshops to achieve goals, training business to implement customer service and recruiting strategies, or sharing at a Christian youth retreat, my goal is to encourage, challenge, and change each person I encounter!
